Our 800ml Glass Mixing Bowl is an essential for everyday baking. Borosilicate glass has specialist heating and cooling properties allowing it to withstand quick temperature changes and can be heated to 240°C. Perfect for melting and tempering chocolate for cakes confectionary and ganache. Our glass bowls are fridge freezer oven and dishwasher safe. Available in 3 sizes 800ml 1.6L and 2.7L. All sizes neatly nest within each other.
